Program Description

Event Details

Osco Pharmacy will administer flu shots including the high-dose shot recommended for age 65+. 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to complete the consent form (attached). Bring your photo ID and insurance card with you.

Any charges will be billed to your insurance company. No payment is required at the event.
