Event Details
Sit spot is a practice that naturalists use to gain an understanding of their environment and what is living there. Making sit spot a habit can help you connect with your own outdoor spaces and relax into them, enabling you to become in tune with where you are and what is happening around you. For an introduction to sit spot, come to the outdoor terrace at the back of the Library to practice with Melanie Pittman who will guide your experience. Journaling materials will be provided. Limited class size.
In case of inclement weather, a rain date of Monday, August 19 at 6 pm has been reserved.
