Warm up your winter with hearty and delicious vegan comfort foods. This class will explore plant-based alternatives that are both comforting and satisfying, showing you how to create rich flavors and textures without any animal products.
In this Zoom class, presenter Kristyn Slick will guide you through prepping ingredients and cooking each step until the dishes are completed and plated. She will cook alongside you and share instructions, tips, and tricks throughout the class. Note: Cooking is not required; it's fine if you wish to watch only.
How to prepare: Purchase ingredients and gather your kitchen equipment from the provided recipes, which will be emailed to registered participants ahead of time. If any ingredients featured in a recipe are not your favorite or not available at the store, you can make substitutions or simply use what you were able to find.
This class will be recorded, and a link to the video will be sent to all who register. If you can't watch the class on January 15 but would like to view the recording, please go ahead and register. The video will be available to watch for 30 days after the class.
