This exhibit from the National Orphan Train Complex (Kansas) gives an overview of the orphan train movement and a few stories of orphan train riders.
At this social hour for caregivers and their babies we will have storytime and movement activities as well as toys for the little ones to enjoy and time for caregivers to visit with each other.

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Drop offs will not be permitted. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Any siblings under the age of 8 must be supervised by an adult while in the Library or join their adult and sibling in the program.
Due to room capacity and staffing limitations, any groups (including but not limited to preschools, schools, day care centers, senior centers, etc.) wishing to attend will only be admitted if there is space available at the time of the program. Scheduled tours, visits, and storytimes are available to groups upon request and dependent on scheduling and staffing availability.

Do you love anime? Join us for anime screenings. We will show anime of all ratings. It is the parent’s responsibility to monitor their children’s attendance and viewing habits.
