Come take care of yourself and learn a gentle form of Tai chi-gong with Brian Thompson. Together, we will practice 3 simple, proven relaxation and breathing techniques that you can do anywhere. This low-impact sitting or standing activity is great for your brain and body. We will sit, chat, smile, breathe, and move softly as tranquil music brings calm to the environment. These simple, effective exercises may add to your longevity and life force energy.
